The bed ships in its own box (it's large). The bowl and harness ship together in a second box. Both are quality-checked and dispatched from our US-based supply partner — delivery is 7–12 business days from your order date. You'll receive tracking emails for each box. There is no additional shipping charge — free shipping applies to the full kit.

You can return individual items within 30 days. The refund will be the individual item's proportional value from the kit price — we'll calculate that based on the SKU weights when you initiate the return. Email hello@fetra.com to start. You keep the other items at no penalty.

Size up on both. A dog bed that is slightly large is fine — your dog will use the extra space. A harness that's one size too large can be adjusted down; one that's too small cannot be made to fit. For the bed: measure your dog nose-to-tail while stretched, then add 8–10 inches. If that lands between sizes, go up. For the harness: measure chest girth at the widest point and check the harness size range.

Yes. One size fits all dogs — the maze interior works for snouts from French Bulldogs to Great Danes. The stainless steel construction means no plastic leaching regardless of your dog's diet or dishwasher habits. The maze depth is designed for medium and large snouts; small breeds can use it fine but may be able to eat around some sections faster than larger dogs.

It's tested to the Center for Pet Safety (CPS) standard, which uses the same crash simulation methodology as child car seat testing. The back D-ring is steel rated to 2,000 lbs of load force. This is not marketing language — CPS certification requires third-party physical testing, not self-reporting. In a 30 mph frontal collision, an unrestrained 50-lb dog generates ~1,500 lbs of force. This harness is designed to handle that.

The bundle is only sold as a kit — we don't currently offer mix-and-match pricing. If you already have one item, the math may or may not work in your favor versus buying the other two individually. The bed + harness individually is $228; the full kit is $199. If the third item is useful, the kit wins. If you truly won't use one item, buy the others separately.

The foam is rated to maintain 90% of its original profile for 5+ years under normal use (one dog, daily use). This is the main failure mode of cheap dog beds — they compress to almost nothing within 6–12 months. The Fetra bed uses high-density base foam (3.5 lb/ft³) specifically to avoid this. If your foam loses significant shape within the first year, that's a warranty claim — email us.
